On Reading Rupert Approves

I had a severe case of insomnia last night, which caused my mind to wander and think about many a different thing, including my beloved blog. A blog I started because I felt my Facebook posts were becoming too frequent and long and I just couldn’t ever say it in 160 words or less. Rupert Approves was never started as a platform for me to gain followers, but merely as a way to talk shit and document my musings. Along the way though I have gained some followers and for that I am truly amazed…and awed…and so so grateful. The fact that you think my blog worthy of following is a pretty cool feeling. So, yay followers!

The problem is, apart from my mom who comments on every post (Thanks Mom!) I would love to know who my followers are. I see the stats coming in and I see that the majority of you are from South Africa, with a few from the USA, Brazil and the UK. Wow!

I’m dying to delve deeper into who sees my words – Here’s who I think you are:

1.My Mom

2. A friend. Not likely – Ironically the people who are nicest about my writing are those I don’t know at all.Β

3. A stalker. How fun! (I do know of a few people who read this blog to spy on me – I see you, and so does my blogs secret camera)

4. A fellow runner/crafter/reader/baker/wine drinker or kindred spirit

So, who are you, secret people? Introduce yourself. Don’t be shy. I wont bite
